Eastlea is a fully inclusive, friendly and supportive Community School where employees are valued and developed. You will want to make a real difference to young peoples’ future, be passionate about achievement and standards along with your own professional development and progression.

In the 2014 OFSTED inspection, Eastlea Community School was judged as ‘good’ where students learn well because they have very good relationships with teachers. They feel that teachers are always there to help them. Progress in English continues to exceed national average with 85% and 79% of students achieving three levels of progress in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
