Assistant Site Supervisor
Required for September 2017
36 hours per week – 52 weeks per year
Salary Scale 3 (14-17) – Starting Salary £18,657.00

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person who can work on their own initiative as well as being a good team player. The successful applicant should have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice. Knowledge of basic IT would be advantageous.
As a successful Community School we have lettings on most evenings and weekends, the person appointed will need to be willing and able to work overtime on a rota system that reflects the pattern with other members of the Site Supervisor Team.
You must be able to carry out a wide range of building maintenance tasks and therefore have a basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrics, be able to prioritise and have a good knowledge of health and safety issues. A First-Aid qualification is a necessity for this position - training will be given to the successful candidate.
