Are you an effective communicator with a polished and professional manner and proven customer service skills? If so, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you to join The Cumberland School to be a calm and efficient coordinator of first impressions, dealing with switchboard calls and visitors to the school including parents and carers, external visitors and educational professionals.
We are looking for a team player who is able to listen and respond in a friendly but firm manner, remaining calm and professional at all times. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, able to work effectively with people across the school and from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. You will be able to deal with a very busy schedule and prioritise your workload accordingly. You will work as part of the office team, assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.
