7:30am – 4pm ( 1 hour Lunch and 15 minute mid-morning break)

Due to a current vacancy, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, hardworking receptionist/administrator who can work on their own initiative as well as being a good team player.
The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice.
You will need to be a confident, professional & approachable communicator, as you will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents and the wider community.
A good level of all Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skill are essential.
