Nelson Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Administration Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to support the learning community of this good school.
Hours: 35 hours per week 8 am to 3.30pm (1/2 hour lunch) Term time only
Some overtime may be available.
Candidates must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of data bases, EXCEL and Word. They should be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills.
It would be an advantage to have good working knowledge of the schools’ administration systems such as school admissions procedures and SIMS related modules – attendance, dinner money and Inclusion as well as general office duties. The school will provide specific training if necessary.
