An Outstanding Deputy Head Teacher is required for September 2018

Odessa Infant school is looking for an inspirational Deputy Head Teacher to complete its senior management team for September 2018.

The successful candidate will:

Have a clear vision of excellence in education, be committed to inclusion, equality of access and education of all children.
Have a  high regard for the personal achievement of each child
Have a strong track record of bringing about school improvement
Have successful teaching and leadership experience especially within multicultural urban settings
Have experience of teaching early years and KS1 curriculum.
Be able to promote outstanding educational experiences and outcomes for our children.
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
