Are you a highly organised and success driven administrator who can bring your proven experience and skills to this new role at The Cumberland School? You will be joining a busy, supportive, hard-working and dedicated team of administrative staff who are at the heart of the school supporting the senior leadership and teaching team in their dedication to making a difference to young people’s lives. Schools do not get better by chance and we want colleagues who can commit to ensuring that every child has the knowledge, skills and resilience to achieve and indeed exceed their potential.

You will have a proven track record of successful administrative practice, ideally within an educational environment, and an ability to think proactively and work, either on your own initiative or collaboratively, to manage complex tasks, including planning, organising and implementing change. You will also be educated to a good academic level and have a high standard of literacy and numeracy.
