Are you a highly organised and success driven administrator who can bring your proven experience and skills to this new role at The Cumberland School? You will be joining a busy, supportive, hard-working and dedicated team of administrative staff who are at the heart of the school supporting the senior leadership and teaching team in their dedication to making a difference to young people’s lives. Schools do not get better by chance and we want colleagues who can commit to ensuring that every child has the knowledge, skills and resilience to achieve and indeed exceed their potential.

As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and drive as well as previous experience of working as part of a team. You will have the ability to think proactively and work, with minimal supervision, to manage complex tasks, including planning, organising and implementing change.  You will also be educated to a good academic level and have a high standard of literacy and numeracy.
