We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and hardworking individual to fulfil the role of Premises Officer in our progressive school. The school is progressing well into a new phase and we welcome you to join us on this exciting journey. The successful candidate will be someone who is a problem-solver, forward-thinking, dynamic and possesses good handy person skills. They will also share our dedication to giving our children the best start in life by effectively managing the school site, including maintenance, security and health & safety.
If you are:
enthusiastic and have a ‘can-do’ approach to ensuring that the school site is clean, safe and welcoming
able to work on your own initiative, as well as be a team player
willing to liaise with contractors and local authority departments on all matters relating to maintenance / refurbishment of the school site
experienced in completing a variety of handyperson tasks
able to ensure that the cleaners deliver the highest possible standard of cleanliness across the school
willing and able to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the school
professional, courteous and positive
