CPD Schools Federation is a recently formed Federation between two large primary schools in East London; with nursery provision also. The Governing Body are seeking to appoint someone to raise the standards of attendance at punctuality of pupils within the Federation.

The role is designed for a high performing, impact driven person who is able to co-ordinate activity across schools, providing efficient and effective operational services in the area of attendance and punctuality.

Reporting to the Executive Headteacher, the post holder will be accountable for the administration of attendance and punctuality outcomes of the Federation and work closely with families to improve these outcomes.

You must have:

  • The experience, knowledge, skills and understanding to lead on this significant area across the Federation.
  • A commitment to raising standards in attendance and punctuality across the Federation through strategic decision making.
  • The motivation, determination and energy to support our desire to become an outstanding school.
