Unqualified Scale 2 point 12-13 (£15,495.39)

Qualified Scale 3 point 14-17 (£15,581.84 - £15,943.99)

Monega Primary School is a three-form entry school that supports pupils with autism within a mainstream school setting. We have high expectations and aspirations for all pupils. We have a caring and nurturing learning environment where our high expectations for pupils can thrive.

We seek to appoint staff that will work 1.1 with children who can be challenging.

You will need to demonstrate:
Knowledge and understanding of autism and severe learning
Work in and out of class and take part in group sessions out of class
Capable of dealing positively with challenging behavior and high levels of need
Be prepared to support children with personal care         
Be a reliable team member
Have a calm temperament and be energetic and enthusiastic
Communicate clearly and have good standards of literacy and numeracy
