Community Links Academy Trust are currently looking for a Dynamic Administrative Officer who can also manage meal time duties. Community Links Academy Trust

The overall purpose of Job

 

  • To subscribe to the vision and objectives of Education Links in line with school policies and procedures
  • To be an ambassador for the school when meeting parents and other visitors and to act as a first point of reference when people arrive
  • To provide effective clerical and administrative support to the Principal and School Leadership Team, and Group Coordinators
  • To provide effective front of house duties at meal times
  • Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school and meeting the needs of the young people
  • Be aware of and support difference and ensure equal opportunities for all
  • To ensure that all work undertaken within Education Links meets health and safety standards and regulations

Role and account abilities

  • To offer high level administrative support to the Principal, SLT and general administration to all other staff members
  • To create spreadsheets, analyse data and report findings with support from line manager
  • To offer receptionist duties including servicing of meetings
  • To demonstrate high standards of customer service at all times
  • To report to the schools Business Manager
  • To lift and carry equipment relevant for school meals
  • To undertake hygiene and all relevant training courses at the direction of line manager.
  • To keep updated with and adhere to the schools “Food safety management system” policy
  • To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen and dining room equipment; to organise and take part in all necessary cleaning.
  • To liaise with line manager and others concerned with the running of the meals services.
  • To deal with complaints arising from the delivery of the meals service in a timely manner.
