Administrative Assistant 

Permanent contract, 35 hours per week, term time only

Scale 4 £20,667 per annum 

We are looking to fill an administrative assistant post as soon as possible. 

Elmhurst is an exceptional school; it is the lead school of a national Maths Hub and English Hub. This is an excellent career opportunity for a motivated and intelligent individual to work as part of a friendly office team. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional manner and a high level of presentation
Advanced IT skills including experience of MS word, Office and Excel is essential
The ability to work in an organised way and to be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload
Prior experience of SIMS and PS Financials is desirable
Ability to show initiative
 

An enhanced DBS check is required before taking up the appointment.
