Administrative Assistant

Pay: Scale 3 (14 -17)

Pay range: £18,145 - £18,567

Hours: 36 per week, Term-time plus 2 weeks per year 

Situated in the heart of East Ham Plashet is an outstanding multi-cultural comprehensive 11 - 16 girls’ school of 1410 students. Our Progress 8 score for 2018 was +0.81 and placed us in the top 5% of schools nationally 

We are seeking to appoint a full-time administrative assistant. Candidates should have excellent communication and ICT skills and have experience of working in a busy and demanding environment. Knowledge of the SIMS.net school management system would be a distinct advantage as would experience of working in a busy school office.  Previous experience of working with young people would be beneficial.   A first aid qualification would also be most useful.
